I have a melasma on my upper lip that is actually ON the lip--it looks like I have applied brown lipliner to parts of my upper lip. Is there any lightening product I can use to spot-treat this? I don't want to risk depigmenting my entire lip, and every HQ product I've ever come across says not to use on the mouth. ??
