I have three tiny little lumps on my cheek that could possibly be sebaceous hyperplasia. They are skin coloured and sometimes contain blackheads.
Is there a product I can use to get rid of or reduce these?

I initially came out as an OSNW, but was borderline W. On thinking about it I suspect that I scored higher on the W as I didn't know any of my grandparents and I think that I am probably closer to a T. I am definitely O, S & N though.

Cygnatius, I'm an OSNW too, and I also have those "things." A year ago when I went to the dermatologist, I asked him about them and he told me there wasn't anything I could do about it. The Finacia gel he prescribed (which was prescribed for acne) seemed to reduce one of the larger ones, but I stopped using it simply because overall, the Finacia was very harsh on my skin. If somebody has found something that gets rid of them or reduces them, I'd also be very interested in hearing about it!

I was also diagnosed with sebaceous hyperplasia and told there wasn't anything I could do about it. I noticed the "bumps" a few years ago. The dermatologist told me they may dimish with time but with my oily skin they may continue to appear. If there is a solution, I'd be interested to know. I tried the laser light treatment but it was so painful (even with the numbing cream) that I gave it up.

I've had a few removed. The Derm used a electric-frequency sharp tool that kind of burns them off.
