I have just been through, and am still not complete with, a long allergy workup for a complicated case of angioedema. The initial theory is that I am allergic to aspirin and NSAIDs. So I quit all use of those drugs. Since it has recurred twice, they are now telling me I may need to quit all of my facial products that contain salicylic acid, because it is a form of aspirin. I was wondering if anyone else out there has this same allergy and what products you use?

Obviously this means I'll have to switch back to benzyl peroxide for my acne treatment, but many products are too harsh for me. Any recommendations? Has anyone had any luck with the BPO/sulfer combo creams and cleansers?
