Retinoids = Rx strength
Retinol = OTC strength

Is that right?
Lydia<br /><br />O=38 (very oily)<br />S=31 (somewhat sensitive)<br />P=33 (range is 29-52)<br />W=41 (range is 41-85)

I don't think so - because Dr. B just mentioned that prescription retinoids are more stable, that being why she prefers them. So it just doesn't make sense that they would be the same thing, only stronger. I could be wrong but..... hm.

Retinoid is the family name- like antibiotics is a family of drugs.

Retinol is OTC, Retin A, Tazarac and Differien and Renova are prescription. All are retinoids.
