I just bought the book yesterday and today I set a little time apart to start the questionnaire. I just don't know if I should consider whiteheads and blackheads as acne. I don't get the typical zit but I get lost of what I think are whiteheads (little white "capsules") If I use a loofah to exfoliate them while I shower they comeback the next day! What should I do? Help!
