I scored 32--which means mildly oily. I also am very sensitive. I always had
oily skin, but am going to be 62 this week and I'm getting drier. Many of the recommendations for oily skin are too harsh for me, so I'm looking at
dry skin but they seem too heavy. I do have to read the whole book again; I just got it a few days ago. I cannot use any moisturizer or mu that has a drop of chemical sunscreen. And if my skin gets inflamed, I will
still break out. It's like this book would have been perfect for me five years
ago, when I fit the OSNT much better. The irony is that I spent my life
telling derms that I had oily, but very sensitive skin and they'd give me
products for oily skin that were really harsh and made my skin worse.

I am not oily but have had sisters who have skin like yours. I know my sisters have batteled the same issue over the years and usually derms gave them products to control oil but stripped their skin dry. I recently started using the Ice Elements line from HSN and have never seen a difference in my skin so fast with any line. I am an Esthetician by trade so I thought I had seen it all. I noticed IE has a line for normal to oily skin and it is an anti-aging system. That is unique considering most aging skin care lines seem to only address dry skin and are heavy. I just started my one sis on it and she says it feels great to her. You may want to check that line out and see if it is suited for you. Your topic caught my attention since I just had this same conversation with my sis two weeks ago or so. Good luck to you.
