I was wondering if anyone has experienced a "frozen shoulder." I went to an orthopedic doctor, he told me I had a frozen shoulder and sent me for physical therapy. I've completed 16 sessions and now he wants to do manipulation. Basically they give you a local anesthetic and move the shoulder around so everything loosens up and you can move your arm freely. I'm really torn. I had a couple of therapists tell me that it could heal on its own but it could take 2 years. Has anyone ever had this condition. Thanks ???
