Dear Dr. Baumann,
In 2005, I had surgery on my pelvic area right on top of my pubic bone. 8 Mo.-1 year, I had a thick scar tissue over the surgery area. My OB/GYN then did series of steroid injection to reduce the scar tissue. The thickness went away. However, in order to get rid of or lessen the visible scar, I bought at a drugstore. After applying the cream 3-4 types, I noticed hypopigmentation (my normal skin around the scar turned white). Is this Viglio, the skin disease? It has not spread to my other body parts thouhg. What can I do to restore my normal color? I am black with medium skin color.
Based on my points, I am DPRT. The major skin problem I have in general is is I am not even toned. I am darker certain areas and lighter in other areas. I would like to get my face more skin toned.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Myskin
