My understanding is that large pores are a sign of oily skin. Somewhere in the book it says that if we have large pores we probably don't have dry skin. I'm unable to find the page number for you but I know Josh or someone more knowledgeable than me has it.

I can relate to what you're saying. I always thought that I had dry skin and had treated it as dry for about 30 years. I always wondered why people commented on how shiny I looked. It helped to have a dermatologist mention it. Changing my products was the best thing I did for my skin in a long time.

Maybe redoing the test could help you. I took the oily/dry test several times before I actually saw what the mirror was telling me.
