I am 43, live in Las Vegas, and am having a really hard time keeping my skin hydrated.  Though my skin LOOKS smooth, I tested positive on "wrinkled" type, and am really starting to see pretty severe reactive smile lines under my eyes.  I hate it - it adds ten years to my face every time I smile!  I use retin A with Obagi a few times a week, and getting the retin A anywhere around my eyes actually seems to make the lines far worse.  I just don't know what, if anything, I can do to prevent more line development here and reverse the damage sun and years of smokng have apparently done to this hard to treat area (botox doesn't help here, right under my eyes, and surgery won't address this, surgeons say, because I don't have the "pocket of fat" that makes me a candidate for lower blesph.  Help!
