I need some serious help. I made the mistake of putting sunblock on my eyelids and one eyelid became very dry, itchy and scaly. I had to use Elidel for a while. Unfortunately, I still have a rough, reddish patch on my lid that won't go away. Plus, what looks like tiny, water filled bumps have developed around my eyes. I looked up information and it seems that I might have Milia. It happens when you put too much moisture on the lids which may be causing the condition. Now what? I need moisture for that dry patch that just won't heal yet it seems to encourage the development of these bumps. That one eye constantly waters. What should I do? I'm desperate!
