Dr. B says not to steam your face in the DSNW chapter. But I've read about the OCM here and it uses steaming as one of the steps. I did read that you can put the oil on in the shower and let the shower steam do the work; I'd be OK with that. www.acne.org/messageboard/OIL-CLEANSING-METHOD-Hi-t141871.html
