When I began Dr Baumann's program and posting on this forum, EVOO ( extra virgin olive oil ) was a very popular topic. Being that my skin was more oily than dry at that time, I rushed through the posts about using it. Now that my skin is getting quite tight and the barrier layer gets dry ( menopause ) from living in a dry environment, I am leaning towards using EVOO as a serum and/or moisturizer.

I tried some last night at bedtime and a little, patted on, goes a long way! I sprayed a little of my Toleraine Thermal Spring Water over this and it felt fine. Perhaps I should do it the other way around.

Paul Newmann makes a great EVOO product that smells like sweet olive fruit.

I'm going to re-read Dr. Baumann's suggestion about using olive oil.on skinguru.com
