I have just bought the book and taken the skin type test and I thought that i should introduce myself on here. I am 27 and have lived in Scotland all my life (so no tan in other words). Sorry in advance that this seems a long post

I have eczema prone skin but in the past this has only really been in response to home cleaning products. This could be of course because I VERY rarely put anything on my skin, including soap. But I have started to notice that my skin is not as plump as it used to be or as smooth and imperfection free. I made a decision to take better care of my skin and bought Dr B's book.

I came out as D(23) S(37.5) N(28) W(52). So I went to my local boots and bought the following products:
Boots Expert Sensitive Gentle Cleansing Wash
Olay Complete Care Multi-Radiance Cream

I used the wash for the first time last night and the wash felt fine, no drying or stinging or anything really. Just a nice fresh and clean feeling. Then I lathered on a nice thick night cream I already had (no brand name or anything) and my skin felt really lovely. T
This morning my skin still felt nice and I took my shower but I didn't use the wash because I felt that my face didn't need it. Should I be washing my face in the morning too? I read a post where someone mentioned not washing your face in the shower but after, so does that mean getting out and then re-wetting your face and washing it?
The reason I ask is that if I don't wash my face in the morning (but take a shower) is it then ok to just put on my day cream?
(I tried the cream today too, it feels a little weird to wear a cream on my face during the day but I think I will get used to it, I put about half a teaspoon on as it is supposed to be my suncream too)
