My skin is oily on the forehead and sides of my face, along my jaw up to my ears...but my cheeks and underneath my eyes tend to get roseacea.

After walking for about 20 minutes in the really cold weather last night, both my cheeks have red blotches.  I wouldn't call them pimples or blemishes - almost like red, angry inflammations.  I've also had heavy flaking at the sides of my mouth now, since it got cold...

My current regimen is

Paula's Choice 1% salicilyic acid (just where oily)

Eucerin Sensitive Skin SPF 30
Laura Mercier Oil Free Foundation

Eucerin RR cleanser
LRP water
Atopalm Face cream (mostly just on my cheeks)
Differin Cream

I tried some LRP Rosaliac cream on my cheeks this am , but I am not sure it helped. 

Any suggestions - do you think the red blotches are rosacea?  Should I try for an even genter cleanser?
