Yahooooo!
I'm now in week #7 and all I can say is, my skin must be improving -- FINALLY! Here's how I could tell: it took only 1 pump of my evening moisturizer instead of 2; I was able to use the LRP Tolariane lotion cleanser this p.m. instead of a heavier cold cream; did NOT have to use a toner! Heavens -- I feel like I've somehow graduated!
Now, a question: In re-reading our chapter in Dr. B's book, I read where treating pigmentation is stage one. Is there a reason for treating the spots first, as opposed to redness and stinging? My face felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to treat the redness and stinging right off the bat. I feel the stinging is now under control, but I'm keeping the fingers crossed. I think the Cutanix Sensitive Cream will help in the redness dept.
A reminder: We are the "Desperate Skin Types." Our skin can change on a day to day basis. I've found this to be true. Some days I need heavier products, etc. So I used a cold cream this morning, but could go without it this evening. And that was within a 12-hr. span. The main thing is to avoid irritation. And now I guess I can wait for my skin to purge, if there's anything left to purge! Inky
