Here's another product review from me: 1.1 oz. tube for approx. $18. This cream provides and replenishes the 3 main lipids needed for healthy skin. Ingredients in order are:
Petrolatum
Water
Paraffin
Mineral Oil
Sorbitan oleate
Carnauba wax
Ceramide 3
Cholesterol
Glycerin
Oleic acid
Palmitic acid
Acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer
Tromethamine I use this product on my hands at bedtime, but tried it on my face yesterday and was able to tolerate the ceramide. This cream (use just a tiny bit) is very thick and difficult to spread without pulling or tugging the face. I think the next time I try an application, I'll warm the tube in a mug of hot water first to see if the cream softens up a bit. I purchased this cream from the Dermadoctor website at the beginning of the summer and still have half a tube left. A DD staff member told me that the ceramides were buffered, making them more tolerable for the face. My face had no reaction from this cream! Yaaay! Inky
