I just wanted to post that I have been in communication with Galderma Labs, the manufacturer of Cetaphil products. I wanted to make a couple of product suggestions to them -- specifically the need for a gentle, basic, oil-based cleanser without any detergents, fragrances, or extraneous botanicals.
Also the need for a sunblock that prevents evaporative loss. Don't know if anything will ever come of my ideas, but it felt good to voice my opinions. I have always been happy with Cetaphil products until my skin went totally wonky this summer! Anyway, Galderma answered my inquiries promptly and told me they appreciated my ideas for products. I also referred them to Dr. B's book! I think it's a good thing for consumers to give product feedback to manufacturers once in a while. Inky
