I am a OSPW/ DSPW and have red inflammed cheeks.  I want to start using an antiflam/ antioxidant lotion.  

The book has a list of anti-inflam products including Olay Total Effects 7X etc, which I have found here is Australia.  However it contains one of the isopropyl ingredients to avoid if you get acne.  I have blackheads on nose, chin and sometimes get pimples on chin(not sure if thats classified as acne). Will this cause more pimple/blackheads?
I've noticed that my cheeks are quite inflammed and need to get to work on them!!!
