Hi - I was reading the book and one of the anti-inflammatory products recommended for DSPW is Eucerin Redness Relief Daily Perfecting Lotion - this has SPF 15 - would I use this at night also? According to the regimine, it says to use an anti-inflammatory product both morning and night - is the SPF okay to use at night? Don't see why it would hurt anything, but does anyone know?

Thanks!

Beth

I personally wouldn't use an SPF at night, but would find an alternative soothing cream or lotion without it.  I don't know that it would do much harm, but if you have a tendency toward sensitivity, having an SPF ingredient on your face all day and all night might be an issue. Plus, a separate product designed for nighttime might be more hydrating.

What about the Eucerin Redness Relief Soothing Night Creme? Many people seem to like it. I had a sample of it and it seemed really nice when I used it.
