For about two months now, my chest has been developing red bumps that seem to last forever.  They are possibly pimples, but don't respond to typical treatments - salycylic acid, BP, Duac, Renova etc.  I've read a little bit about the Avene Ystheal + and thought I might try it, but wanted to see if anyone has any experience with the product.  I am pretty familar with what works for my DRPW face, but I guess my chest has decided that it wants its own skin type and I am less familiar with what works best for DSPW.  If anyone has any input or advise, it would be appreciated.

I don't have any experiences with it myself, but it is talked about a lot on makeupalley.com. Perhaps try a board search over there, but hopefully you'll get some responses here too.  They also talk a lot about Diacneal which is the stronger of the two. Both are made by Avene.

Thanks, Marcy. I will do a search over there and read up on Diacneal, as well. I went to CVS last night, and they gave me a sample of the Ystheal, so I will see how it goes.
