Okay, I have done the test over three times and my scores are the same. I am borderline O/D so definately combo skin, I know I am S, no doubt! I keep seeing posts about freckles and pigmented type. I have tons of freckles on my arms and shoulders and a few on my nose and cheeks. Is it possible to be an N type with freckles, or am I missing something?? ??? I don't have "dark" spots on my face but I do have red spots, which I have no idea what they are.

Yes I have light small freckles on my nose and cheeks and a few here and there elsewhere and I tan well on my body but not really my face. I did the test twice and came out an N same as you. I figured since I am not worried about my freckles I would stick with N, but if you don't like them or are worried about sunspots you could just treat those later. Like Dr. B said, if you are borderline choose the worse one if you are concered about it.

Also I too get red marks that don't fade for weeks after a pimple. After reading the rave reviews about Rare Minerals night treatment by B.E. on this forum I finally bought it (OMG 60$ for a face powder am I insane!) But I have to say after using it for four days I am conviced this stuff is spectacular. Red marks are fading faster, no new pimples, the flakyness in my drier areas is gone and skin does feel softer.  I know what to get for my mom and my three sisters for their birthdays now because now I think it is worth it! I never would have believed it if it hadn't been for this forum.
