I'm following the non-presc regimen for treating dark spots. Dr. B. says to apply lightening gel to dark spots & then the moisturizer while skin is still moist. But Skineffects says to apply it to a dry face and all over. Let it dry or not? All over or just on spots?

I'm also going to being using Differin. Should it be applied to a wet or dry face?

Thnx for your help. Appreciate all the info I've been reading.

Hopefully someone else will chime in, but I believe you use the lightener on the dark spots only. Let it penetrate, then put the moisturizer on over. I imagine if you just very, very, slightly mist your face before the moisturizer you should be okay and not affect the lightener that's already been applied.

Differin as far as I know should be applied to a dry face.

Just re-read the section and Dr. B. says to spray before the lightener and apply lightener to moist face. The instructions on the lightener say to apply to a dry face.

Thanks for your help.
