Hello friends,

I have several questions about facial waters. I have never tried them before. So please help with your abounding wisdom!

1. Are facial waters meant for rinsing your face, or are they used in place of a toner? (It seems you would go through an awful lot of facial water if you had to rinse with it.)
2. Where can I buy facial water. Is it something I would find at a Walmart or Target. I am pretty familiar with the skincare and makeup sections of these stores, and have never noticed facial water before. I realize some might be found at makeup counters in department stores, but what about basic brands like Evian?
3. What are your favorite brands?
4. Any tricks you use in applying your facial water?
