Hi everyone. I just read the book over the weekend and discovered I am a DSPW. I'm a little overwhelmed about where to begin with new products. I have a few brown spots on my face, not too bad yet, but I'd love to choose the right lightener. I've heard some scary things about hydroquinone possibly doing damage to your liver. I need to learn more about this and decide if I feel safe using it. Any thoughts about that?

I have been using the Neutrogena eye firming cream recommended in the book, and I like it very much. My eyelids used to droop, but not anymore. I was glad to see that Dr. Baumann recommended it. Other than that, though, I need all new products! :o
