Hi - I'm wondering if anyone with this skin type use BHA's or products with salycilic acid, even though you have dry, sensitive skin?

My skin seems hard to penetrate and products take forever to skin in and salycilic acid really helps with this. Plus, since it's anti-inflammatory, it seems to calm my skin down. Doesn't seem to dry things out too much either unless I'm using something too strong or in a base that is drying, such as a highly foaming salycilic acid cleaner or whatnot, in fact, it seems to allow moisturizers to sink in better so my skin is more hydrated than when I don't use it. Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisturizer and Neutrogena Anti-Acne Moisturizer (it's relatively new) are 2 products that I just love, but if I use anything stronger than that (0.5%), ouch city!

Anyone else use BHA with dry skin? AHA's - forget it! They are so irritating that I feel like I have a chemical burn if I use them, but I haven't found that with BHA's.
