I am very happy and pleased with my DSPW regimen from Dr. Baumann's book. Currently, I am using a combination of drugstore and dept. store brands...together the entire regimen has made a big difference in my skin tone. Pigmentation is leaving and even co-workers and my boyfriend have noticed. Thanks Dr. Baumann.

I'd better check in here with my type, my dry friend! How nice that Dr. Baumann has provided this place and I hope it helps her as well.

I have to sing praises for this program too. In the past month, I feel like I have really stabilized my skin. It iis so calm that if I use a product that doesn't agree, there is no more guesswork. The ingredient lists are really helping me to hone in on what will likely work instead of my old methods of hit or miss and trying the latest and greatest. I also notice how quickly my skin is evening out now that I no longer use acids or scrubs. The Renova and lighteners are godsends. And I'd have NEVER thought that facial water would make such a difference.

I also have a very happy OSPT daughter who benefits by some of the products I can't use!

Thank you, Dr. Baumann!

I thought I'd say a quick hello - and thank you - too... I scored borderline in several categories (though definitely S). I originally treated as OSPW. Recommended products for that type hurt my skin and worsened its problems, so I took another look at the questionnaire, and began treating for DSPW. I have seen good results so far - including healing some very irritated, itchy, red patches I have had around my eyes (very happy about that!). I have always considered my skin combination, and have never moisturized this much, but it seems to be something my skin has needed. It is smoother, and just feels better.

Does anyone else here with DSPW have an oily T-Zone, and / or easily clogged pores? So far I have not broken out, but am concerned that as the weather changes I will have to find new products again, to address these other concerns.

The book has been a great help - I turn to it often, and I've learned quite a bit about my skin and how to care for it. I think it's great they're offering a forum on this site.

My face is OSPW, but I have to keep up with you DSPW's for my face and neck. So I understand!

Do any DSPW's have recommendations for foundation? There are none in the book.
