I read under most posts that most of you are largely rosacea sufferers, however, for the largely pigmented bunch, what do you all do about the pigment issues? I have used Triluma with pretty good success (about 80% of pigment gone or seriously faded) but I can't use this medication forever. When I let my skin rest, all the pigment is back within 10 days. I have an appointment to see a dermatologist that specializes in a brand new FDA approved Pixel Laser specifically for melasma sufferers (that would be me!). The cost of treatment is about $3,000 and I am willing to spend that kind of money if it will give me permanent results. I am so frustrated with the pigmentation. It is ugly, dark (I have very light skin so it is very noticeable and difficult to cover even with heavy coverage makeup), and takes up most of the sides of my face. What do you all use for pigmentation, or is it that mosy of you just don't have it as your main issue? Thank you.
